Thai - Pad Thai

Pad Thai

Ingredients, all to desired portion;
Vegetable oil
Eggs
Noodles, soaked in warm water for an hour (until softened)
Pad Thai Sauce
Roasted peanuts
Lime Juice
Green onions, cut to 1/8” white portion, ¾” green portion
Bean Sprouts

Add oil to sauce pan or wok on high heat, cook eggs until fully cooked,

add noodles, and then add pad thai sauce, (amount tbd, see recipe for Pad Thai Sauce).

After noodles are softened and a light brown with sauce, add scallions, sprouts, peanuts, and lime juice. Serve with roasted red pepper.
